How long does deployment take?
Managed deployments are live within 48 hours. Self-hosted installations typically take 1-2 weeks, including onboarding and configuration.
Can I use my own LLM provider?
Yes. Doppelganger is model-agnostic. Use OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, or run your own models on-premise. Switch providers at any time without reconfiguration.
Is my deal data safe?
In offline mode, no data leaves your machine — period. For deployments that connect to external LLM providers, we offer Glitchward's LLM Shield integration, which obfuscates sensitive data before it reaches any model. Glitchward is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified.
How does the twin learn my preferences?
Through use. Every interaction — feedback on memos, edits to drafts, accepted or rejected suggestions — trains your twin to work the way you do. No explicit training sessions required.
What integrations are available?
Email, calendar, Slack, Telegram, Discord, CRM systems (Affinity, Salesforce), document storage (Google Drive, Notion), and custom integrations via our API.
Can twins communicate with each other?
